Great Service

The good: Never had a dropped callThe bad: Hard to get help over the phoneSummary: I have had this service for about a year now and the coverage is great but my daughter has had trouble with her phone. It took a while but they replaced it with a refurbished phone and about a month later she had the same problem. They would nt replace it until she threatened to go to anouther carrier.

The good: good service...no dropped callsThe bad: noneSummary: Plans ranging from 1000 minutes weeknights and weekends to 5000 minutes weeknights and weekends.Get a free phone with a 2 year agreement, I suggest doing that cause the phone doesn't last long anyways.

Cingluar Pros and Cons

The good: You can call a majority of people for free!The bad: Lots of "dropped" calls.Summary: Cingular boasts that they have the fewest dropped calls, that is because when your call is "dropped" if you hang on, they reconnect you.

Cingluar is just so so

I have used cingular for more than 1 month. The singal is not very good. Especially when I am in my lab, the cellphone sometimes cannot get any singal.

Fewest Dropped Calls...yeah right

The good: They do not charge extra for mobile to mobile callsThe bad: I get dropped calls left and right. Summary: I switched from Sprint due to billing errors and a bad phone they would not replace. I am regretting my decision. The phone I have is cool but the amount of dropped calls is ridiculous.

Cingular store

Beware! There is some decepetive marketing going on at Cingular. I purchased a phone from what I thought was a "CIngular store". Indeed the name "Cingular" was on the outside. Yet, when I had an issue with the phone, and returned it, I was told that my issue was really with "Cingular" and not Prime Co, the company that sold me the phone. I found out that Cingular lets other businesses use their name, even for what appears to be shady businesses. Yet, Cingular does not stand behind the actions of these stores. I would not recommend using Cingular.

The good: like style of phoneThe bad: cuts out on calls =(Summary: when using cell phone single drops then nothing thissucks. we have this problem time and time again was reported without much luck.

GREAT Service!!

The good: Great Service....and coverage area.The bad: not enough coverage....which is normal.Summary: I have been a loyal customer for over five years and never had a problem with service. I would recommend this service to anyone. The only problem I have is when I visit Bell County KY and there is not much service in the mountains. But other than that....I love Cingular!! Just would like to have more free offers for upgrades on phones for the old customers.

Cingular...Raising My Temper

The good: Good service plans, nice phonesThe bad: Customers service is awfulSummary: I have had Cingular for over a year. Their phone is good, the service is good, but their customer service is horrible. I have never had a Cingular Rep. who knew what they were talking about, or who could help without having to transfer you to someone else. The reps. are usually unpleasant, uncooperative, and downright mean. I suggest sending an email so as not to have to deal with them.

The good: On top of a hill service is greatThe bad: Go down the hill and at bottom you are gone and definitely asking " Can you hear me?"Summary: The need a better signal so you don't drop the call when going up and down roads.
