Today's the day that Apple's newest iPad Air launches and you can already score a discount on it.
Amazon is now running a sale on the iPad Air (3rd generation) that knocks $40 off its regular asking price. This discount applies to the 64GB Wi-Fi version of the new iPad Air in green and silver color options.
This iPad Air features an updated design with flat sides and an edge-to-edge screen, similar to the iPad Pro. It's powered by Apple's newest A14 Bionic processor, which is also found in the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro, and it also includes a 10.9-inch display, Touch ID fingerprint reader, USB-C, and Apple Pencil support.
Also on sale today is the Apple Watch Series 6, which just launched last month. This deal applies to the Space Gray version of the Apple Watch with a black sport band.
The new Apple Watch Series 6 features an S6 processor that Apple says is up to 20% faster than its predecessor. Other upgrades of the Series 6 include an always-on display that's 25% brighter outdoors, an always-on altimeter, and the ability to measure your blood oxygen levels from your wrist.
