Earlier this year when the rumor mill was trying to pin down exactly when the Pixel 4a would launch, one report mentioned that Google would offer the phone in two colors: Just Black and Barely Blue. The Pixel 4a only officially launched in Just Black, but now we're getting a look at the Barely Blue model that didn't make it to market.
The Google Store is apparently gearing up to include 3D previews of its products, including the Pixel 4a. The folks at 9to5Google discovered that the Google Store also includes the aforementioned Barely Blue Pixel 4a that never launched.
The back and sides of this Pixel 4a are a very light blue color, and the side is home to an orange power button.
It's unclear why Google didn't launch the Barely Blue Pixel 4a, but for whatever reason, it's a shame because this is a really good-looking color combo. What do you think of this blue Pixel 4a? Would you buy one if Google did launch it to the public?
