Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 smartwatches revealed in leaked images

We're nearing the Fitbit Versa 2's first birthday, which means a new model is likely coming soon. Today images of that Versa 3 leaked out along with a new Fitbit Sense smartwatch and the Fitbit Inspire 2.

First up is the Fitbit Sense (above), which appears to be the most premium model of the three new devices. WinFuture reports that the Sense has some metal parts to help give it a more premium feel over the Versa 3 (below), even though both devices share a similar design.

Looking at the back of the Sense, it has icons for temperature, location (GPS support), and 50M water resistance. There's also a heart icon with a "wave" that's similar to the one used in an electrocardiogram, which suggests that the Sense could feature ECG/EKG support as another feature to make it more premium compared to the Versa 3.

Meanwhile, the back of the Versa 3 has three icons on its backside: a microphone for voice control, a location/GPS indicator, and 50M water resistance.

Another notable difference between the Sense and Versa 3 compared to last year's Versa 2 is that Fitbit appears to be ditching the physical button on the side of the Versa 2. Instead, it looks like the new models may have an inductive button similar to the one on the side of the Fitbit Charge 4. That change could help to reduce the moving parts on the new watches and aid in water resistance.

Finally, the Fitbit Inspire 2 (below) looks to be a more traditional fitness tracker that could offer an affordable alternative to the full-on smartwatches in the Sense and Versa 3.

Details on the features, prices, or launch dates of these new Fitbit devices are still up in the air. The Fitbit Versa 2 was announced at the end of August last year, though, and so it's possible that these new models will be officially revealed soon.
