Warp Charge has been a regular feature of recent OnePlus phones, helping owners to recharge their phones in a hurry. And now we know that the OnePlus Buds will get fast charging, too.
The OnePlus Buds will use Warp Charge fast charging, which will allow them to get 10 hours of battery life in just 10 minutes. Jay Liu, OnePlus Buds' Product Manager, confirmed the feature to TechRadar and added that the Buds will be able to fast charge using any charger with speeds greater than 10W and that special cables won't be required.
While they will utilize fast charging tech, the OnePlus Buds will be intelligent about it and cap charging at 5v 1.5A to avoid damaging their batteries.
OnePlus revealed earlier this week that the Buds will get you 7 hours of listening on a single charge. The included charging case will fully recharge the Buds more than 3 times, giving you up to 30 hours of use before you have to plug the Buds and case in again.
The OnePlus Buds will be officially revealed alongside the OnePlus Nord on July 21.
