Google Pixel 4 is 'coming soon', says Best Buy

It's widely expected that Google will introduce the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL at an event in early October, but if you want some more evidence that an announcement is coming soon, Best Buy is happy to oblige.

Best Buy has posted a page on its website that says "Google Pixel 4 coming soon" (via XDA-Developers). The page goes on to talk up the Pixel 4's Motion Sense feature, which uses Google's Soli technology to let you perform actions on your phone without touching the screen, instead having you wave your hand in front of it.

The page also reveals that Motion Sense won't be available in Japan, but it doesn't give any explanation as to why. Motion Sense will be functional in the U.S., Canada, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, and "most European countries."

Finally, the page points to g.co/pixel/motionsense, which doesn't appear to be functional right now because it currently just leads to a Pixel Phone Help support page.

Google has announced its past three generations of Pixel flagships at events in early October, so many people expect that we'll see the Pixel 4 made official in around a month, too. We've already had a few details of the new phones confirmed by Google, including the dual rear camera setup, face unlock, and Motion Sense. Meanwhile, the rumor mill has been working to fill out the rest of the spec list, with features like a 90Hz screen refresh rate, 6GB of RAM, and a Snapdragon 855 processor reportedly coming with the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL.
