watchOS 5.2 now available, brings Apple Watch ECG features to more countries

Two days after releasing iOS 12.2, Apple now has another update to unleash onto its customers.

watchOS 5.2 is now available for download. If you've got a compatible Apple Watch, meaning a Series 1 or later, you can get the watchOS 5.2 update by launching the Watch app on your phone and tapping General and then Software Update.

This update is somewhat small, but it does bring a few new features with it. Included is support for Apple's new AirPods, support for real-time text (RTT) for phone calls, and some new Hermès watch faces for owners of that Apple Watch model.

The watchOS 5.2 update also brings to Hong Kong and 19 European countries, including the U.K., France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. The ECG app is available on the Apple Watch Series 4 and can run a test that will record your heartbeat and rhythm using the Apple Watch's electrical sensor and also check for atrial fibrillation, a form of irregular rhythm.
