BlackBerry KEY2 Red Edition revealed with 128GB of storage

There's not a brand new BlackBerry smartphone at MWC for physical keyboard fans to drool over, but that doesn't mean that there's no BlackBerry news happening.

The BlackBerry KEY2 Red Edition is now official, boasting a special red Series 7 Aluminum body paired with black accents on the keyboard and the textured back. Also included is a refreshed version of the Hub+ software, which includes Action bar to improve ergonomics by giving you quick access to features like search, sort, and compose. The BlackBerry Hub and BlackBerry Calendar have been given a more modern, stylized UX, too.

Included with the BlackBerry KEY2 Red Edition is 6GB of RAM, 128GB of built-in storage, and a microSD card slot. Just like the standard KEY2 that launched last year, this red version also comes with an octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor, a 3500mAh battery, and a 4.5-inch 1620x1080 display.

You can pre-order the BlackBerry KEY2 Red Edition right now in Europe, and it'll launch soon in select markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Pricing will be set at £699/$749/€779.
