With around one week to go before the Samsung Galaxy S10's official debut, a new leak claims to spill all of the spec details of Samsung's next big thing.
Spec sheets for the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ (pictured above), and Galaxy S10e have made their way online today. Shared by GSMArena, the documents list just about every spec for the three devices, which go by their codenames "Beyond0" (Galaxy S10e), "Beyond1" (Galaxy S10), and "Beyond2" (Galaxy S10+).
According to the docs, the Galaxy S10+ will be the largest of the group with a 6.3-inch 3040x1440 Super AMOLED display. The Galaxy S10 will reportedly pack a 6.1-inch 3040x1440 screen, while the Galaxy S10e will be equipped with a 5.8-inch 2280x1080 display. The S10+ and S10 are expected to have in-display fingerprint sensors, while the Galaxy S10e will have a side-mounted fingerprint reader. All three phones will have face recognition, though.
When it comes to cameras, the Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10 are both expected to have triple rear camera setups that include a 12MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture and OIS, a 12MP wide-angle (77 degree) camera with dual aperture and dual pixel OIS, and a 16MP ultra wide angle (123 degree) camera. The Galaxy S10e will reportedly go without the 12MP telephoto sensor. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S10+ is expected to have a dual front camera setup with a 10MP main camera and 8MP dual pixel camera with live focus, while the S10 and S10e will have the 10MP sensor.
Each phone will reportedly be available in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB models, though the Galaxy S10+ is expected to have a model with a whopping 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The S10+ will also have a 4100mAh battery, while the S10 and S10e get 3400mAh and 3100mAh batteries, respectively. Other rumored features include super slow-mo video recording up to 0.8 seconds, IP68 water and dust resistance, HDR10+ playback, Dolby Atmos sound, 800 nits of display brightness, and the Exynos 9820 processor, at least internationally. In the U.S., the Galaxy S10 family could be equipped with the Snapdragon 855 processor.
Nothing is official until Samsung says it is on February 20, but most of these features line up with what we'd expect from Galaxy S10 devices. We've seen an awful lot of the Galaxy S10+, S10, and S10e lately, including high-quality renders, but we're still looking forward to seeing all three phones revealed later this month, especially because it means we'll be closer to trying them ourselves.
