Apple today released iOS 12.1.2. The update is rolling out over the air, and you can grab it by going into Settings > General > Software Update.
The update to iOS 12.1.2 include fixes for bugs related to eSIM activation on the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR and also addresses an issue that could affect cellular connectivity in Turkey on the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR.
