Sprint today unveiled a new protection program that aims to help you if you've got damage to your phone or technical issues.
Sprint Complete offers repair services for smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. For example, you can get a cracked screen repair for $29 for Apple and Android devices, and you can event get a Sprint Tech Expert to come to you to perform the repair. Other repairs are available as well, with prices ranging from $25 for entry-level devices up to $140 for Android flagships and recent iPhone models.
Speaking of iPhone models, customers with an iPhone can also get access to Apple experts via Apple Care services, meaning they can also visit an Apple Store if they need a repair, This includes repairs for the first two accidental damage from handling claims during the first two years.
Also included in Sprint Complete is next business day replacement if your device is lost or stolen. This feature covers Apple and Android phones as well as tablets and the Apple Watch.
And then there's the technical support. When you enroll in Sprint Complete, you can use the dedicated app to get help setting up your device and get unlimited device assistance
Other notable features of Sprint Complete include unlimited cloud storage for photos and videos and online password management tools.
Sprint Complete is now available. Pricing ranges between $9 and $19 per month based on your device. You can sign up for Sprint Complete within 30 days of your new phone activation or upgrade.
