Moto G5S Plus now available for pre-order in the U.S., starts at $229.99

After making its official debut last month, the Moto G5S Plus has gotten a U.S. launch date.

The Moto G5S Plus will arrive in the U.S. on September 29th. If you want one, you can pre-order the device today. Pricing will start at $229.99 for the 32GB model and go up to $299.99 for the 64GB version. These prices are the result of a $50 discount that Motorola is offering until the G5S Plus’s launch on September 29th, when they’ll go up to $279.99 and $349.99, respectively.

Other features of the Moto G5S Plus include a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 display, dual 13-megapixel rear cameras that you can combine to add features like blurry backgrounds to your photos, and an 8-megapixel front camera with wide angle lens and flash. There’s a Snapdragon 625 processor inside the G5S Plus as well as a microSD slot, 3000mAh battery, and 3GB of RAM in the 32GB model and 4GB of RAM in the 64GB version.

At these discounted prices, the Moto G5S Plus looks like a pretty solid options for folks in the market for an affordable Android phone. For less than $300, you can get a device with dual rear cameras, a fingerprint reader, 4GB of RAM, and a microSD slot if you need storage beyond the 64GB that’s built-in.
