Samsung Gear Fit 2 and Gear IconX leaked by Samsung's own website

Right around a week after the Gear Fit 2 and Gear IconX earbuds leaked, Samsung has confirmed the existence of both devices. The thing is that it may not have meant to.

Both the Gear Fit 2 and Gear IconX now appear on Samsung’s S Health website alongside other Samsung wearables like the Gear S2, Gear Fit, and others. There’s a single image of both devices, but unfortunately, there’s not much else in terms of info on the upcoming wearable devices.

According to a past report, the Gear Fit 2 will have a 1.84-inch Super AMOLED display like the original Gear Fit, but it’ll have a more curved and ergonomic design that’ll make it more comfortable to wear. Also said to be included is a dedicated GPS chip, which will make it better for running, biking, and other activities.

Meanwhile, the Gear IconX are wireless earbuds that reportedly include 4GB of storage for your music. They’re said to be dust and water resistant, which are important features for an exercise-friendly wearable to have, and they’ll reportedly work as a fitness tracker, too.

It’s unclear when the Gear Fit 2 and Gear IconX will actually launch or how much they’ll cost when they do. Now that both devices have appeared on Samsung’s own website, though, their official debuts may be close.
