Walmart has launched a three-month-long special offer in which the retail giant is giving discounts of up to $100 on all Apple iPhone devices and up to $150 on all Samsung handsets from April until June this year. The availability of the mobile devices covered in this promo may vary depending on the specific Walmart store, but generally the discounted prices apply to devices such as Apple’s iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, this year’s iPhone SE, as well as Samsung’s Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S7 devices.
Walmart is currently working major US wireless carriers such as Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and Sprint, and subscribers of these respective mobile network service providers should be able to see the discounted prices reflected via their monthly bills. But wait -- where’s T-Mobile? Quite unfortunately for customers of the third biggest wireless carrier in America, they will not be able to avail of the special offer. Also, it should be noted that the promo does not include purchases of smartphones made online.
Those who are looking to buy Apple’s latest smartphone offering, the 4-inch iPhone SE, should hurry and take advantage of this deal from Walmart. The device was launched just a week ago at $399 for the 16 gigabyte edition, but with Walmart’s promo, interested buyers can get to take home the iPhone SE for only $299.
