After a launch in early April that was limited to Kansas City, Sprint’s Direct 2 You service is now expanding to more cities.
Sprint Direct 2 You will launch in Miami and Chicago starting on June 1. Sprint aims to continue to expand the service throughout 2015, and it plans to launch in New York City, San Francisco, and Denver in early June.
Sprint Direct 2 You is a service that’ll send a Sprint representative to you to help you set up your new phone. The rep will come wherever you are, whether that be at your home, your job, a coffee shop, or wherever else. Then the rep will activate and set up your phone, transfer contacts, and more.
The Sprint Direct 2 You service is about bringing the in-store setup experience to customers wherever they are. Not everyone has the time or the means to travel to a Sprint store, and so Sprint Direct 2 You is meant to ensure that those customers can get the same help setting up their phone that folks who do go to a Sprint store get.
