Nexus 5 restocked in Google Play, both 16GB and 32GB models available

The Nexus 6 may Google’s new hotness, but that phone and its 5.96-inch screen may just be too big for some folks. Thankfully, Google has kept the 5-inch Nexus 5 around, and it’s selling the last-gen Nexus right now.

The Nexus 5 is once again available for purchase from Google Play. The only color available is black, but you do get your choice of 16GB or 32GB of storage, which are priced at $349 and $399. Google says that orders of either unit will ship out in one to two business days.

In case you’ve forgotten, the Nexus 5 features a 4.95-inch 1920x1080 display, 8-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras, 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, LTE, wireless charging and a 2300mAh battery. It may not be high-end by today’s standards, but it’s still a plenty fine smartphone that not only will be light on your wallet, but it’ll do so while running vanilla Android 5.0.

Are any of you skipping the Nexus 6 in favor of the Nexus 5?
