Desire 320 is HTC's latest affordable Android smartphone

HTC previously teased that we’d see a new Desire phone or two at CES 2015, and it’s wasted no time in unveiling the new hardware.

The HTC Desire 320 is an entry-level Android smartphone that’s got a 4.5-inch 854x480 touchscreen, VGA front-facing camera, 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6582M processor sandwiched in-between ‘em. Also included is 4GB of storage, a microSD slot that supports cards up to 32GB in size, 512MB of RAM, and a 2100mAh battery.

HTC says that the Desire 320 will be sold in white and grey. It’ll hit Canadian and European markets, including Germany, where carrier O2 will sell it for €149 (~$177 USD).

Like the Desire 310 before it, the Desire 320 is meant as an entry-level phone for folks that want an affordable device that’s still a smartphone. And while it’s got many of the same basic specs as the 310, the new 320’s got an updated design that looks really nice.
