OnePlus teases wood announcement for July 22

The OnePlus One may still be somewhat difficult to come by, but those lucky folks that have managed to get hold of one may soon have a new accessory to slap onto it.

OnePlus just tweeted an image of a piece of wood with the phrase “Knock on Wood 7.22.” Attached to the tweet is a caption that reads “Wood you like to know more? 7.22.” 

So what might OnePlus might be teasing? Before it officially revealed the One earlier this year, OnePlus said that it planned to offer StyleSwap rear covers that users could slap onto their phones to make them a bit more personal. Later on, a leak claimed to show several of these StyleSwap covers, including a few wooden ones.

There’s no word on how much OnePlus plans to ask for its StyleSwap cover, but with July 22 less than two weeks out, we likely won’t have to wait long before that information is revealed.
