If you’re currently running the Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developers on your Windows Phone device, you’ll probably want to head into your Settings menu and hit Phone Update right about now.
Microsoft has announced that the third update for the Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developers is now rolling out. The update bumps users up to build 12397 and includes tweaks for some new APIs and also enables newly-commercialized devices.
This update may not be quite as exciting as the previous two Windows Phone 8.1 updates since it’s developer-focused, but it’s still good to see Microsoft continue to improve WP8.1 ahead of its public launch. Are you rocking Windows Phone 8.1 on your device? If so, what do you think of it so far?
