Since the era of smartphones began, there has been a constant struggle to determine the appropriate amount of handset color options. The subject may seem somewhat trivial to some, but it's one that has stirred the mobile industry pot a time or two. Our own Anna Scantlin recently went into detail on the subject, outlining issues with smartphone color options when the devices hit on the market, as well as the new trend of offering more color options after the launch of a handset.
