We carry in our pockets devices that hold the power to entertain, communicate with others from anywhere on the planet, serve as personal assistants and even organize our trendy lunch photos. With this cultural and technological shift, it's no surprise that data consumption has grown over the last several years. Even the carriers seem to recognize this trend, as operators like Verizon and AT&T have started introducing larger shared data packages for families.
