C Spire's Samsung Galaxy S III slated to begin receiving Premium Suite update on July 3

C Spire Wireless originally updated its version of the Samsung Galaxy S III to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean back in March, but it appears that the carrier isn't quite done treating its S III owners to some new goodies. C Spire has announced that starting tomorrow, July 3, it'll begin rolling out a Premium Suite upgrade to its Galaxy S III. Included with the update will be the same features that we first saw in the Premium Suite upgrade in December 2012, including Multi-Window, Reader Mode, Facebook Lock Ticker and several contextual awareness add-ons.

Owners of the C Spire-flavored Galaxy S III should begin receiving this Premium Suite upgrade over the air tomorrow. Any update-hungry users that want to try and snag it as soon as possible can check for it manually by going into Settings > About device > System updates on their phone, or by connecting their phone to a computer and running Samsung's Kies software.

This latest Galaxy S III update doesn't bring with it an Android OS upgrade, but it does pack in several new features that ought to keep C Spire customers busy for a while. It's good to see C Spire continuing to treat the Galaxy S III and its owners to new software, and I'm betting that those folks will agree once they start Multi-Windowing and Pop-up Playing tomorrow. If you're rocking a C Spire Galaxy S III, don't forget to give us a shout in the comments section below once you get the Premium Suite installed on your device!
