On this first day of April 2013 when some of you might be fooling your friends, this is post is no joke. The HTC One (global) landed in the number one spot again with more than 350 votes over your selected #2, the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

I'm using the HTC One since last week and I have to say that it's the best phone I've ever used. I have the Samsung galaxy note 2 and I love the screen size and software of it. Everything just works so simple and the battery live is awesome, but after the S3 and the Note 2 I wanted to have some premium feeling phones like iPhone5 but I honestly don't like iOS and iTunes. So I bought the HTC one and I'm very happy with it. I still got my Note 2 but my real daily driver is the HTC One just because it feels so good in the hand and it's easier to use one handed.
The ultrapixel camera is amazing I've compared it to the note 2s which was my best cameraphone until the One came. Images in dark rooms are great and I love the zoe feature it really makes your images come alive. I use it to take pictures of my dog, my family and any other moving objects. The speakers on the one are the best sounding speakers I've ever heard on a phone. And the sound makes a real difference in day-to-day use. Games, YouTube, incoming calls, listening to music and so on are just a lot better.
My conclusion:
Everyone who can live with a phone which doesn't have a removable battery and microSD card slot should take a look at the new HTC One.
