ELIGIBILITY: The "Worth Ave Group iPad 2 Sweepstakes” (Promotion) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, age 18 or older. Do not participate in the Promotion if you are not physically located in the United States or Canada at time of entry. Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law.
PRIZES: An Apple iPad 2 16GB WiFi in black or white.
HOW TO PLAY: Enter the sweepstakes and play daily at http://www.facebook.com/OnePawBandit and http://instantwin.phonedog.com/. Each player receives up to ten (ten) spins daily, five (5) from within registered facebook accounts embedding the One-Paw Bandit application (http://apps.facebook.com/phonedog/) and five (5) spins per registered user on phonedog.com (http://instantwin.phonedog.com/). The One-Paw Bandit application will notify a winner by showing three (3) images of the current giveaway item in-a-row, and with flashing lights. Three (3) fruits in a row is not a winning spin.

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS: Winning players will be provided a short form to provide name and shipping address for delivery of the prize. PRIZE VALUE / TERMS OF SERVICE OF PRIZE: The prizes are base retail versions. Apple iPad 2 WiFi 16 GB tablets being awarded do not come with a monthly service plan, as the winner is awarded only the tablet, and not any service(s) provided by any carrier(s). The winner is responsible for any applicable monthly service charges if the device is placed on a service plan with a cellular carrier. Total value of prize is $499 per tablet.
INVALID ENTRIES: Winners are only eligible to win one (1) prize per via this Sweepstakes, duplicate winners within the same sweepstakes will be deemed invalid.
