The Huawei Impulse 4G Android smartphone was confirmed by AT&T this morning. It will be available for the purchase price of $29.99 starting Sunday September 18, 2011. The device offers a WVGA 3.8" touchscreen display, WiFi, 5MP camera with 720p video capture, and pre-loaded Android 2.2 (Froyo).
