Remember the HTC Rider? Yeah, that's it. So far the Rider has only appeared in Mr. Blurrycam-style photos and product renders, but today a press image of the Rider has been posted over at Pocketnow. According to the site, the EVO 3D look-alike will soon be released in Korea under the name "HTC EVO 4G+" and will feature a 4.3-inch 540x960 qHD display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video capture, 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter, 1GB RAM, and both WiMAX and 14.4Mbps HSPA connectivity.
There's no word just yet on if the EVO 4G+ will ever be released here in the U.S., but who knows? Maybe someday soon we'll see the EVO 4G+ make its way stateside to appease all of us that like the EVO 3D but aren't quite sold on the whole "3D phone" thing just yet. Of course, the HTC Kingdom could also fill that role nicely. The Kingdom reportedly features a qHD display, 1.2GHz single-core chip, and Sprint 4G support, although its screen is said to be a tad smaller than the one on the EVO 3D/4G+, coming in at 4-inches rather than 4.3. Would any of you be interested in snapping up the EVO 4G+ and its physical camera key if it were made available on Sprint?
