The BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930 may have been the only new handset show off at BlackBerry World last week, but if you're a RIM fanatic you know that the Waterloo firm has several more devices on the horizon. One of those handsets is the BlackBerry Touch 9860, also known as the Monaco and the Monza, which has been the star of more than a few leaks over the past months. Today we've got a fresh leak for you, this time giving us an up-close and personal look at the Touch's physical buttons. As you can see above, the keys are a tad raised, which is a departure from the usual flattened navigation keys found on other 'Berrys, including the shiny new Bold 9900. Speaking of the 9900, it's worth mentioning that these images were taken with the Bold Touch's camera, giving us a quick look the performance of its 5-megapixel shooter.
Now that we've gotten some good looks at the BlackBerry Touch's hardware as well as its spec sheet, I'd say that the 9860 is shaping up to be a nice addition to RIM's smartphone lineup. Of course, the Touch may not appeal to those of us that need a physical keyboard, and its 3.7-inch display may be a little too small for some, but its 1.2GHz core and 800x480 screen resolution instantly vaults it to the top of the BlackBerry lineup. Whether or not that'll be enough to fight off Android and iOS remains to be seen, but we may find out soon as we've heard that the BlackBerry Touch 9860 could be landing on T-Mobile as soon as June 29th.
