Apple releases iOS 4.3.2, updates CDMA iPhone to iOS 4.2.7

Good news, iOS users! Apple just launched iOS 4.3.2 and iOS 4.2.7, with the latter intended for use on the Verizon iPhone 4 and the former meant for everyone else. Although there aren't any radical new features to be found, there are a few bug fixes in iOS 4.3.2 that you may want a piece of:

  • Fixes an issue that occasionally caused blank or frozen video during a FaceTime call
  • Fixes an issue that prevented some international users from connecting to 3G networks on iPad Wi-Fi + 3G
  • Contains the latest security updates

Meanwhile, folks using the VeriPhone will find that iOS 4.2.7 features "the latest security updates." It's kind of interesting that Apple is still using two different versions of iOS for the GSM and CDMA models of the iPhone 4, but I imagine that that'll change with the next major revision of the OS. If you're an owner of an iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPad 2, or third or fourth-gen iPod touch, get going and hit the "Download and Update" button in iTunes! Just be sure to come back after you're done and let us know how everything is running for you.
