Remember how T-Mobile updated the G2's product page on their site to say that pre-orders for the HSPA+ handset would be starting soon? They weren't kidding, as our friends over at TmoNews have revealed that pre-orders for the G2 will begin tomorrow, September 24th. Pre-orders are for existing customers and will run through October 4th. Even better is the news that the G2 will finally be launched on October 6th, the same day that Best Buy touted in the past. So much for that October 16th rumor, eh?
After hearing news from Best Buy, Costco, and Radio Shack about what they would be doing for the G2's release, I'm glad to finally learn about T-Mobile's plans. After all, they are the carrier that will be selling the G2 in the U.S. So that now we've got pricing, specs, pre-order details, and launch info, who's picking up a G2?
