Vu is AT&T's flagship Mobile TV phone, and it's both the best mobile TV phone I've ever seen and a great little touchscreen handset in its own right. The touch display isn't quite as big as a few of the others in this list, but it's pretty, bright, and easy to use. I've always been a fan of LG's colorful icons and menus, and Vu packs a lot of functionality into a sleek and very lightweight package.
