Get out that sketch book, fire up that CAD software, or set up that easel and paint set. LG is accepting entries for its Innovation Challenge contest through April 30 ? design your dream phone and you could win $10,000 and a home theater system, or a number of other LG prizes.
The premise is simple: come up with a killer design for LG's next mobile phone and send it in. You create an image, describe the concept and give it a name. LG's panel of judges vote, and the winner gets a boatload of prizes and LG might even turn the winning entry into an actual phone. Sounds good, right? Just remember, it's easier to critique this stuff after the fact than to actually design it.
