Just a little while ago we started hearing talks about having built in memory on SIM cards. The SIM cards would start off by having 512 MB and 1GB memory, which sounded really exciting at the time. But now that's old news.
A company by the name of ?Blue Sky? has managed to fit a GPS receiver on a SIM card. It still isn't clear if this will be a separate chip that you swap out or if it will be incorporated with your existing SIM. Don't count on seeing this anytime soon with your service provider because not even Memory/SIM cards have been released yet.
