Las Vegas, NV, January 3, 2006 ? Vonage Marketing, a subsidiary of Vonage Holdings Corp., a leading broadband phone company and D-Link, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for consumers and business, today announced an alliance to develop a co-branded broadband telephone adaptor configured with Vonage's phone service. The Vonage-enabled D-Link VTA is a small, fully portable stand alone adapter supporting two broadband telephone lines. The D-Link Vonage co-branded VoIP gateway enables consumers to benefit from high quality voice applications that are compatible with Vonage's service. The initial VoIP telephone adapter will be based on Texas Instruments? TNETV1015 VoIP gateway chipset.

?D-Link's products are well-known for their high performance and reliability,? said Daniel Smires, senior vice president of Engineering for Vonage Network. ?But just as important is the fact that D-Link's products are known for their market value. We want to offer our customers the convenience of purchasing a low cost, high quality telephone adaptor configured with Vonage's service. We?re excited to work with a company that shares our emphasis on customer convenience and ease-of-use.?

?The opportunity to work in development with Vonage on leading edge digital telephony has been a rewarding experience,? said AJ Wang, chief technology officer for D-Link. ?Vonage technology requirements are people oriented; focused on delivering a range of quality and reliability features that enable individuals at very affordable price points.?

The Vonage and D-Link technology alliance will enable consumers and small businesses to easily set up a high-quality, feature-rich phone service via their broadband connection, at significantly reduced rates in comparison to traditional telephone service. Furthermore, this collaboration will offer retailers a ground-breaking opportunity to increase sales by capitalizing on Vonage's leadership in broadband telephony and D-Link's retail strength in data communications products.
