Just barely a month ago I told you about how BlackBerry had finally introduced the 7100 series for Nextel customers and how exciting it was. Well RIM has surprised me again by introducing a new line, the BlackBerry 8700 series.
Currently only available for Cingular customers, the new 8700 series was introduced to replace the 7290 series. This much thinner and lightweight mobile is the first BlackBerry to come equipped with EDGE high speed data technology and Intel-powered. Using EDGE networks allows for International roaming between North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Besides a new more attractive, and slim design, the 8700 series will WOW you with it's higer resolution color display, speakerphone, MMS, and a redesigned QWERTY keyboard.
